The Vibrational Healing Procedure

Vibrational healing is based on the idea that each being has an energy field influenced by the frequencies and vibrations of its surroundings. This approach aims to restore harmony and stimulate physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Here are the general steps of a vibrational healing session.

1

Welcome and Intention

The practitioner invites the person to express their need, their emotional or physical state, and to set an intention for the session.
This allows the energy work to be directed towards a specific objective (relaxation, emotional release, revitalization, etc.).

2

Energy Field Harmonization

The person sits comfortably, often in a lying position. The practitioner begins by balancing their energy field using various methods such as the laying on of hands, specific sounds and frequencies (Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, therapeutic music), or guided breathing.

3

Depending on the technique used, the treatment may include:

  • Use of sound frequencies (bowls, chants, vibratory instruments) to align bodily vibrations.

  • Laying on of hands or energy transmission (such as Reiki) to restore harmony in the energy centers.

  • Guided visualization to activate a process of regeneration and emotional release.

4

Integration and Return

At the end of the treatment, a rest period is often suggested to allow the energy to circulate freely and the body to integrate the new vibrations. The practitioner may also share their feelings and invite the person to note the effects of the treatment in the days that follow.

Vibrational healing is a gentle and natural method that promotes deep energy rebalancing. It can be practiced alone or in conjunction with other therapies.
